When connecting to WorkflowMax for the first time, you may see the following screen:

If you see this, you'll need to adjust WorkflowMax settings.

Enabling The Option

  1. Use the menus and navigate to Business -> Settings -> Staff, then click your name.

    Alternatively, use this link then click your name.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and enable "Authorise 3rd Party Full Access".

  3. Save

  4. Return to Wink Reports and attempt the connection again

Note: If the API Access Privileges section is not available, contact a WorkflowMax administrator from your organisation to enable the option on your behalf.
