When connecting to WorkflowMax for the first time, you may see the following screen:
If you see this, you'll need to adjust WorkflowMax settings.
Enabling The Option
- Use the menus and navigate to Business -> Settings -> Staff, then click your name.
Alternatively, use this link then click your name.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and enable "Authorise 3rd Party Full Access".
- Return to Wink Reports and attempt the connection again
Note: If the API Access Privileges section is not available, contact a WorkflowMax administrator from your organisation to enable the option on your behalf.
